Abstract: In recent years, domestic policies have repeatedly emphasized the revival of traditional culture and art. The key point of the revival of traditional culture and art lies in the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional art, which requires domestic art talents to re-create traditional art. Therefore, the cultivation of art professional degree talents with innovative ability and excellent quality has become the top priority, which is a necessary measure to actively respond to the national strategy. Taking the quality of art professional degree talents training as the breakthrough point, this paper analyzes in detail the ideological, team, facilities, external communication and social service of some colleges and universities under the background of national strategy from the perspectives of morality cultivation, teaching staff, innovation and entrepreneurship, practice base, international level and social service important measures and significance.
