摘要/Abstract

摘要： 该文主要对高职院校的就业指导进行了探讨。结合“三全育人”的发展理念,对高职院校学生的就业创业指导体系中存在的问题进行分析,并根据这些问题,找到相应的解决方案。该研究对高职院校就业创业指导体系的建立有积极的推动作用,能使高职院校学生找到符合自己理想的工作或对其创业起到推动作用,可促进高职院校学生的发展。

Abstract: This paper mainly discusses the employment guidance of higher vocational colleges. Combined with the development concept of "three complete education", this paper analyzes the problems existing in the employment and entrepreneurship guidance system of poor students in higher vocational colleges, and finds the corresponding solutions according to these problems. The proposal and discussion of this article has a positive role in promoting the establishment of employment and entrepreneurship guidance system in higher vocational colleges. It can make the poor students in higher vocational colleges find their ideal jobs or promote their entrepreneurship, and promote the development of students in higher vocational colleges.
