学习共同体视角下教学改进支持机制的探究——以南华初中英语教学改进为个案

摘要: 南华初中的英语教学改进以提高学生英语学习兴趣和英语教学质量为目的,开始了为期六年的探索之路。该研究的目的是梳理南华初中英语教学历经了怎样的改进过程,探究其改进支持机制。研究发现,学校通过构建多方协作学习共同体作为教学改进的支持机制,制定行动计划实施教学改进,这多方主体分别为大学、教育行政部门、非政府组织和南华初中,这些主体在改进过程中分别发挥着专业支持、行政支持、监督支持和场域支持的作用,共同助力南华初中教学改进的实施,提高学生英语学习兴趣。

Abstract: The improvement of English teaching in Nanhua Junior High School aims to improve students' interest in English learning and the quality of English teaching. The purpose of this study is to sort out the improvement process of English teaching in Nan hua Junior High School and explore its improvement support mechanism. It is found that the school, through building a multi-party cooperative learning community as a supporting mechanism for teaching improvement, has formulated an action plan to implement teaching improvement. The multi-party subjects are universities, education administrative departments, non-governmental organizations and Nan hua junior high school. These subjects play the role of professional support, administrative support supervision support and field support in the improvement process, and jointly help the teaching of Nan hua junior high school learn how to improve and improve students' interest in English learning.
