参与式教学在文秘专业课程中的运用探析——以《档案管理》课程为例

摘要: 在文秘专业教学中,多数教师仍然采用传统的“讲授式”教学模式,学生只能被动地接受知识,会在一定程度上影响学生的学习积极性,不利于对学生职业能力的培养。参与式教学以学生为课堂主体,具备灵活多样、直观形象的特点,将其应用于文秘专业教学中可以有效地激发学生对课程的学习兴趣,同时还可以加强教师与学生之间的交流与沟通。基于此,该文将分析参与式教学在文秘专业课程中运用的价值及现状,以《档案管理》课程为例,探究参与式教学在文秘专业课程中的运用策略,以供参考。

Abstract: In the teaching of secretarial major, most teachers still adopt the traditional "lecturing" teaching mode, and students can only passively accept knowledge, which will eliminate students' learning enthusiasm to a certain extent and is not conducive to the cultivation of students' professional ability. Participatory teaching, as a teaching method with students as the main body of the classroom, has the characteristics of flexible and diverse, intuitive image. Its application in secretarial teaching can effectively stimulate students' interest in learning the course, and also strengthen the exchange and communication between teachers and students. Based on this, this paper will analyze the application value and application status of participatory teaching in secretarial professional courses, and take the course "Archives Management" as an example to explore the application strategy of participatory teaching in secretarial professional courses, for reference.
