研究生课堂如何开展有效教——基于L大学教育心理学课堂的案例分析

摘要: 该文采用案例分析法,对L大学教育学硕士研究生的教育心理学课堂进行分析,发现实现有效教学的研究生课堂具有以下特征:一是师生之间注重交流互动反馈,进一步激发学生的学习动机,生生之间共享学习经验;二是教师具备课堂教学机智,巧用教学策略,提升学生课堂参与度;三是教师优化教学设计,擅用教学方法,在课堂教学中开拓学生思维,引导学生进行有意义学习。基于此,教师应始终贯彻“学生中心,教师引导”的理念,同时对课堂整体把控,合理构建教学设计;学生也应积极主动参与课堂,紧跟教师教学节奏。

Abstract: This article uses the case analysis, the L university master's graduate student's psychology of education classroom education is analyzed, found that realize the effective teaching graduate student class has the following characteristics: One is to pay attention to the interaction between teachers and students feedback, further stimulate students' learning motivation, between shared learning experience; Second, the teacher has the classroom teaching tact, uses the teaching strategy skillfully, enhances the student classroom participation; Third, teachers optimize teaching design, make good use of teaching methods, develop students' thinking in classroom teaching, and guide students to conduct meaningful learning. Based on this, teachers should always carry out the concept of "student-centered, teacher-guided", and at the same time control the overall classroom, and build a reasonable teaching design; Students should also take an active part in the class and follow the teacher's teaching pace.
