摘要/Abstract

摘要： 现代学徒制是职业教育为社会经济发展服务、培养职业技术技能人才、深入推进“产教融合、校企合作”的一项重要举措,其核心是校企协同育人。通过在物业管理专业进行现代学徒制试点,发现其中存在的困难与挑战,阐述现代学徒制背景下物业管理专业课程改革与创新具体措施：基于校企合力,加强招生招工一体化工作,组建“双元型”教学团队,共同开发系统化动态化课程体系, 开展综合实训,构建多元评价标准和发展平台。

关键词: 现代学徒制, 课程改革, 物业管理专业

Abstract: Modern apprenticeship is the service of vocational education for social and economic development,training vocational and technical talents ,and an important measure to further promote "integration of industry and education, school enterprise cooperation". Its important core is school enterprise cooperative education. Through the pilot of modern apprenticeship in property management major, find out the difficulties and challenges. This paper expounds the specific measures of curriculum reform and innovation of property management specialty under the background of modern apprenticeship. Based on the joint efforts of colleges and enterprises, strengthen the integration of enrollment and recruitment, set up a dual teaching team, developing systematic and dynamic curriculum system together, carry out comprehensive training, build multiple evaluation standards and development platform.
