Abstract: Combined with clinical pathology department practical problems that exist in the resident training, strengthen the construction of training base and teaching staff, the trainee rotation grouping management, strengthen the clinical pathological diagnosis and operation training professional skills and comprehensive quality and ability in the evaluation and training aspects of reform and innovation, and establish a clinical pathology department of resident standardization training layered progressive type training plan and form characteristic, continuously improve the quality of resident training, improve resident's six core competence and job satisfaction.
