摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着社会的快速发展,国家在各个领域的发展对人才的需求也越来越大,新的时代需要全新的人才,而传统的人才培养模式培养的人才已经不能够适应如今快速发展的时代,给社会的进步发展也带来了一定的影响。随着我国高等教育的不断普及,大学生总数呈持续上升趋势,大学生就业压力越来越大,就业形势日益严峻。因此为了提升大学生就业率,鼓励人才创新创业,在高校应用型人才培养过程中进行创新创业教育势在必行。

Abstract: With the rapid development of society, the country's development in various fields of talent demand is also growing, the new era needs new talents, and the traditional talent training mode has been unable to adapt to today's rapid development of the times, the progress and development of society has also brought a certain impact. With the continuous popularization of higher education in China, the total number of college students continues to rise, the employment pressure of college students is increasing, and the employment situation is increasingly severe. Therefore, in order to improve the employment rate of college students and encourage innovation and entrepreneurship, it is imperative to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education in the process of cultivating applied talents in colleges and universities.
