摘要: 当下工程硕士培养照搬学术研究生模式,造成工程硕士学术水平不高、实践能力不强、职业素养欠缺、岗位适应性差等问题,该文借鉴麻省理工学院(MIT)本科的培养理念,对研究生的教学体系进行改革,应用学习迁移理论,把学生心理逻辑作为主线,打破学科壁垒,重构课程体系和教学方法,实现工程逻辑和心理逻辑的融合,让学科逻辑与工程逻辑真正体现在教学体系中。这些改革举措突出了专业学位研究生教育服务行业发展,探索了产教融合协同育人的新方法。

Abstract: The current master of engineering training copying the mode of academic graduate students, which leads to the problems of low academic level, weak practical ability, lack of professional quality and poor post adaptability of master of engineering, this paper uses the undergraduate training concept of MIT for reference, reforms the teaching system of graduate students, applies the theory of learning transfer, takes the students' psychological logic as the main line, and breaks the teaching system in order to realize the integration of Engineering logic and psychological logic, subject logic and engineering logic can be truly reflected in the teaching system. These reform measures highlight the development of professional degree graduate education service industry, and explore a new method of industry education integration collaborative education.
