摘要: 高职院校作为高职学生职业发展教育的主阵地,应高度重视职业发展教育,提升人才培养质量。该文以调查数据为基础,分析了目前高职学生职业发展教育现状的不足之处,打破对职业发展教育的认识误区,并结合职业发展教育的本质特点,从“系统性、全程性、实践性、丰富性”四个角度提出了完善高职学生职业发展教育的策略。

关键词: 高职学生, 职业发展教育, 认识误区, 实施途径

Abstract: As the main positions of career development education for higher vocational students, higher vocational colleges should attach great importance to career development education and improve the quality of talent training. Based on the survey data, the paper analyzes the deficiencies of the current career development education in higher vocational colleges, and break the misunderstanding of professional development education. Then combined with the essential characteristics of career development education, the paper puts forward strategies to improve career development education for vocational college students from four perspectives: “systematicness, whole-process, practicalness and richness”.
