摘要: 高职教育作为培养技术型、创新型、实践型以及应用型人才的教育形式,是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,该文介绍了在高职教育管理中应用激励理论的必要性与方法,以期更好地激发学生的学习兴趣,提升教学的质量,为我国高职教育的良性发展提供助力,希望能够给读者带来启发。

Abstract: Higher vocational education for cultivating application-oriented technical innovative practice and form of education, is an important part of higher education in our country. This paper introduces the necessity and method of applying incentive theory in the management of higher vocational education, in order to stimulate students' interest in learning, improve the quality of teaching, and provide help for the healthy development of higher vocational education in our country, hoping to bring inspiration to readers.
