高校班主任在班级建设中的作用探究

摘要: 当前,班主任教育制度已取得了长足的发展与进步,各大院校普遍都设置了辅导员和班主任,班主任早已成为高校管理队伍的有机组成部分。高校班主任如何正确定位、如何在班级建设中充分发挥其作用,关乎高等教育的发展、高校和谐文化氛围的营造、教师自我素质的提升、大学生个人的全面发展。为此,该文对此进行了探索,以期为广大高校班主任开展班级建设工作提供一些建议。

Abstract: At present, the head teacher education system has made considerable development and progress. Most colleges and universities have set up counselors and head teachers, and the head teacher has already become an organic part of the university management team. How to correctly position and give full play to the role of College head teachers in class construction is related to the development of higher education, the construction of harmonious cultural atmosphere in Colleges and universities, the improvement of teachers' self-quality, and the all-round development of college students. Therefore, this paper explores this, in order to provide some suggestions for the majority of university class teachers to carry out class construction work.
