Abstract: With the continuous development of China's higher education, colleges and universities attach great importance to education management and actively seek ways of reform, which has laid a solid foundation for personnel training. In today's society, the demand for talents is gradually increasing. Only by integrating the concept of innovative education into teaching can we cultivate high-quality compound talents. The combination of innovative education concept and higher education management can not only boost the reform of higher education, but also clarify the direction and goal of talent training, and provide excellent talents for the society.
