初、中级教师职业价值观与职业承诺相关研究

摘要: 目的探讨初、中级教师职业价值观与职业承诺的相关关系。方法采用金盛华等人编制的《职业价值观问卷》和李霞编制的《初、中级教师职业承诺问卷》,对153名初、中级教师进行数据调查分析。结果从各维度来看,手段性职业价值观与职业承诺在各个维度上存在着显著的正相关,且目的性职业价值观与职业承诺各个维度都存在显著正相关。结论初、中级教师的职业价值观和职业承诺总体呈显著正相关性。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo research the relationship between occupational values and occupational commitment of primary and secondary teachers. Methods153 primary and secondary teachers were investigated and analyzed by using the occupational values questionnaire compiled by Jin shenghua et al and the occupational commitment questionnaire for primary and secondary teachers compiled by Li xia. ResultsFrom the perspective of all dimensions, there was significant positive correlation between the vocational values of means and the vocational commitment, and there was significant positive correlation between the vocational values of purpose and the vocational commitment. ConclusionThere is a significant positive correlation between occupational values and occupational commitment of primary and secondary school teachers.
