基于“商-企-校”现代学徒制模式下机械制造与自动化专业教学改革探讨

摘要: 现代学徒制的核心思想是校企深度融合共同培养,但在实施过程中存在企业参与度不高和学校投入不积极等问题。针对此弊端,常州纺织服装职业技术学院机械制造与自动化专业通过“商会-企业-学校”三方协同培养,从育人机制、招工招生模式、人才培养模式、导师团队建设及管理制度制定五个方面来进行探讨研究。通过五年的实践,这种“商-企-校”培养模式秉承高等教育服务社会的功能,充分兼顾企业、学校、学徒三方利益,推动了现代学徒制改革进一步深化。

Abstract: The core idea of modern apprenticeship is the deep integration of college and enterprise for joint training, but in the process of implementation, it is found that enterprises' participation is not high and colleges' investment is not active. In view of this drawback, we adopt the "C-E-C"(chamber of commerce-enterprise-college) tripartite collaborative training in the mechanical manufacture and automation of Changzhou Vocational Institute of Textile and Garment. This paper analysis five aspects: Education mechanism, recruitment and enrollment mode, talent training mode, mentor team building and management system formulation. After five years of practice, this "C-E-C" training mode adheres to the function of higher education to serve the society and gives full consideration to the interests of enterprises, schools and apprentices.It is a collaborative training to further deepen the reform of modern apprenticeship.
