摘要: 随着大数据、人工智能等新技术的迅猛发展,数字经济时代的中国企业管理需要新型商科人才。从传统商科向新商科转型,培养面向未来的中国商科人才是商科高等教育的重要使命。该文在分析新商科背景、定义和内涵的基础上,总结出新商科人才培养的核心内容,并从思政建设、培养方案、教学内容、教学模式和师资队伍建设等方面提出新商科背景下工商管理人才培养改革的路径。

Abstract: With the rapid development of new technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence, China's enterprise management practice in the era of digital economy needs new business talents. How to transform from traditional business to new business and cultivate Chinese business talents for the future is an important mission of business higher education. Based on the analysis of the background, definition and connotation of the new business subject, this paper summarizes the core content of the new business talent education, and puts forward the path of business management personnel teaching reform under the background of new business construction from the aspects of Ideological and political construction, training program, teaching content, teaching mode and teaching staff construction.
