摘要: 工程教育认证的毕业要求强调了学生解决复杂工程问题能力及非技术要素的培养。为实现这一目的而设置的各类实践教学环节,将对培养的效果起到影响作用。该研究在各类实践环节中应用目前在企业管理中常用的OKR及PDCA方法,学生通过自己定制目标、设立关键结果、进行项目监控与管理的实践过程,锻炼了解决问题时设计方案、技术要点分解、时间管理、沟通协调等能力。应用表明,这一方法在学生技能与素养培养中起到很好的效果。

Abstract: The Graduation requirement of engineering education certification emphasize the cultivation of student's ability to solve complex engineering problems and non-technical requirements. The various practical teaching links set up to achieve this goal will affect the effect of cultivation. This paper studies and the application of OKR and PDCA methods commonly used in enterprise management in various practical links. Through customizing goals, setting key results, and carrying out project monitoring and management, students have tempered the design plan, technical point decomposition, time management, communication and coordination when solving problems. The application shows that this method plays a good role in the cultivation of students' skills and literacy.
