摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在新时代背景下,我国社会经济不断发展,教学领域也取得较大成就,大学生创业问题也受到人们广泛的关注。创业是发展的根源,推动大学生创业、鼓励创新是高校共青团的重要工作方向。作为与大学生紧密相连的组织,高校共青团不仅要引导,更要培养大学生创业意识、提升创业能力。作为大学生实践中的导师,共青团应充分发挥自身优势,全面提升工作效率,为社会输送大量优质创新人才。

Abstract: In the context of the new era, with the continuous development of China's social economy, great progress has been made in the field of teaching, and college students' entrepreneurship has also been widely concerned. Entrepreneurship is the root of development. Promoting college students' Entrepreneurship and encouraging innovation is an important work direction of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities. As an organization closely connected with college students, the Communist Youth League of colleges and universities should not only guide, but also cultivate college students' entrepreneurial consciousness and enhance their entrepreneurial ability. As a tutor in the practice of college students, the Communist Youth League should give full play to its own advantages, comprehensively improve work efficiency, and provide a large number of high-quality innovative talents for the society.
