Abstract: With the development of the times, the concept of continuous change, the way of education gradually from exam oriented education to quality education as the focus, from the teacher as the main body to the student as the fundamental, pay more attention to the development of students and the change of learning situation, especially focus on cultivating students' innovative consciousness, through innovation to promote social development and technological progress. With the trend of social informatization and global economic integration becoming more and more obvious, continuous innovation is needed to promote the happy life of individuals, the progress of technology and the development of the country. Therefore, "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" has become a social consensus. Based on this, as an important position of talent cultivation and output, colleges and universities should actively change their educational ideas in combination with the development needs of the times, do a good job in guiding college students' employment and entrepreneurship through continuous reform and innovation of teaching mode, and effectively integrate the cultivation of skilled talents with the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education, so as to better improve the quality of education and teaching, and build a harmonious society and provide high-quality talent guarantee for the development of science and technology.
