摘要： 《生物统计与田间试验》课程是生物学相关专业的专业基础课程,在生产实践和科学研究中具有重要的地位。该文在描述性统计中次数分布理论教学的基础上结合实际案例,运用SPSS统计软件探讨了次数分布表和图制作过程。通过理论教学与实践操作相结合的方式,加深学生对数量性状资料数据整理方法的理解与掌握,激发学生对该课程的学习兴趣,提高学生的实践动手能力和逻辑思维能力,达到提高教学效果的目的。

Abstract: The course "biostatistics and field experiment " is a professional foundation course for related biology majors and has an important position in production practice and scientific research. This paper discusses the process of creating frequency distribution tables and graphs based on the theoretical teaching of frequency distribution in descriptive statistics with practical cases using SPSS statistical software. The combination of theoretical teaching and practical operation deepens students' understanding and mastery of the collation of quantitative characters data, stimulates students' interest in the course and improves students' practical and logical thinking ability, so as to achieves the purpose of improving the teaching effect.
