摘要: 在培养创新型人才过程中,学科竞赛作为创新能力和实践能力人才培养的重要载体,一方面,有效地激发了大学生的创新思维与创新能力,另一方面,也在发展中存在不少问题。该文分析了学科竞赛对创新型人才培养的现状,从培养体系、创新实践基地建设、导师队伍建设、学科竞赛常态化及学生团队梯度培养等方面,探索了材料类本科生注重专业学习和持续培养的培养模式,为其在学科竞赛中的创新能力培养提供借鉴。

Abstract: In the process of cultivating innovative talents, subject competition, as an important carrier of cultivating innovative and practical talents, on the one hand effectively stimulates college students' innovative thinking and innovative ability, on the other hand, there are many problems in the development. This paper analyzes the current situation of the training of innovative talents by subject competition, and explores the training mode of material undergraduate focusing on professional learning and continuous training from the aspects of training system, construction of innovation practice base, construction of tutor team, normalization of subject competition and gradient training of student team, so as to provide reference for the cultivation of innovative ability in subject competition.
