摘要: 贫困大学生资助育人工作作为高校思想政治教育的重要内容,理应紧紧围绕“立德树人”根本任务,坚持“育人为本,德育为先”原则,充分发挥扶贫、扶志、扶智的育人功能。在当前高校资助育人工作现状的基础上,不断开拓和探索新的工作方法和实践途径,通过构建精准认定和管理的资助育人机制、搭建个性化的资助育人平台、打造品牌特色资助育人项目的途径,提升高校资助育人工作效果,将贫困大学生培养成德才兼备、全面发展的有用人才。

Abstract: As an important part of ideological and political education in colleges, funding for education should be closely centered on the fundamental task of "fostering morality and cultivating talents", adhere to the principle of "People-Centered Education with Priority to Moral Education", and give full play to the educational function of poverty alleviation, aspiration and wisdom. To improve the effectiveness of funding for education in colleges and cultivate impoverished college students into useful talents with both ethics and integrity, and comprehensive development, through the construction of the funding for education mechanisms with accurate identification and management, the establishment of personalized funding for education platforms, and the creation of brand-specific funding for education projects, new methods and practical approaches are continuing developing and exploring based on the current status of funding for education in colleges.
