摘要/Abstract

摘要： 问卷调查研究显示,建筑类高职院校大学生对工匠精神和工匠技术培养的认知和认可程度较高。实践证明,在建筑类专业中引入现代学徒制人才培养模式,能够有效培养大学生爱岗敬业、精益求精、高度专注、勇于创新的工匠精神和技术修养,提高了职业教育人才培养层次,使高等职业教育主动适应建筑产业转型需求,对建筑类高职院校工匠人才培养具有积极影响和促进作用。

Abstract: Through the questionnaire survey, the research shows that the students of higher vocational colleges of architecture have a higher degree of cognition on the cultivation of craftsman spirit and craftsman technology. Practice has proved that the introduction of modern apprenticeship training mode in the architecture majors can effectively cultivate the craftsman spirit and technical cultivation of college students who have love their jobs, keep improving, highly focused and have the courage to innovate, and improve the talent training level of vocational education, and make higher vocational education actively adapt to the needs of the transformation of the construction industry, which has positive influence and promotion for the craftsman talent training of construction vocational colleges.
