高职院校实施工匠精神培育的现状分析与实践探索

摘要: 目前很多高校都开始积极开展学生工匠精神培育工作,通过对40所已在推行工匠精神培育的高职院校的调查和分析,了解到各学校对工匠精神内涵的理解不一、培育途径不一。该文分析认为进行工匠精神培育的第一步是要厘清工匠精神内涵,且必须校企共同进行定义、培育及评价,通过对60家校企合作企业进行工匠精神相关的调查问卷,用“专家定义+企业需求”厘清了现阶段无锡科技职业学院智能制造类专业学生应具备的工匠精神的内涵。

Abstract: Many colleges and universities in the past have begun to actively carry out the cultivation of student craftsman spirit. Through the investigation and analysis of 40 higher vocational colleges that have been implementing the cultivation of craftsman spirit, it is found that the understanding of the connotation of craftsman spirit is different and the cultivation ways are different. The analysis states that the first step in the cultivation of craftsman spirit is to clarify the connotation of craftsman spirit, and enterprises should jointly clarify, cultivate and evaluate. Through the questionnaire about craftsmanship spirit of 60 school-enterprise-cooperation enterprises, this paper clarifies the connotation of craftsmanship spirit that the students of intelligent manufacturing major in our university should have at present by "expert definition + enterprise demand".
