摘要: 当前,我国正在深化职业教育改革工作,强调要加快数量普及和阶段内涵发展,促进新时期职业教育师资队伍建设,使职业教育师资队伍素质能力不断提升,为提升职业教育水平、培养更多的高素质技术技能人才奠定扎实的基础,构建“师德为先,教书育人”的良好局面。结合“十四五”时期的职业教育改革工作需要,必须要强化“德能共进”的师资队伍建设,这是新时期职业教育改革的需要。对此,需要明确“十四五”时期职业教育中师资队伍建设的定位,分析目前职业教育师资队伍建设现状,并探究新时期职业教育师资队伍建设的具体对策。

Abstract: At present, our country is deepening the reform of vocational education, emphasizing the need to speed up the number of popularization and stage connotation development, promote the construction of vocational education teachers in the new period, promote the continuous improvement of the quality and ability of vocational education teachers, lay a solid foundation for improving the level of vocational education and training more high-quality technical and skilled talents, and build a “teacher ethics first, teaching and educating” mode good situation. Combined with the needs of vocational education reform in the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teaching staff of “morality and ability together”, which is the need of vocational education reform in the new period. In this regard, we need to make clear the positioning of the construction of teachers in vocational education during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, analyze the current situation of the construction of teachers in vocational education, and explore the specific countermeasures for the construction of teachers in vocational education in the new period.
