Abstract: With the increasing enrollment scale of higher vocational colleges, the number of single enrollment students is increasing year by year. It has become an inevitable result to take effective measures to scientifically and effectively manage and educate the single enrollment students. In view of this, through discussing the current situation of management education of single vocational students in higher vocational colleges, this paper studies the effective countermeasures to strengthen the management education of single teaching students in higher vocational colleges, aiming to promote their comprehensive and balanced development on the basis of respecting the individualized development of single enrollment students, fully meeting the needs of the society for the cultivation of high-quality compound talents, and providing reliable reference for the effective penetration of management education for single enrollment students.
