摘要: 工匠精神是职业道德、职业能力、职业品质的体现。工匠精神融入应用型旅游人才核心素养的培育,要突出爱岗敬业的价值理念、顾客至上的服务精神以及精益求精的品质精神,并从全过程教育、校企协同育人、教师职业素养、课程体系改革、校园文化建设五大方面采取有效路径。

Abstract: Craftsman spirit is the embodiment of professional ethics, professional competence and professional quality. The cultivation of craftsman spirit integrated into the core quality of applied tourism talents should highlight the value concept of love and dedication, the service spirit of customer first and the quality spirit of continuous improvement, and take effective paths from five aspects: the whole process education, school enterprise collaborative education, teachers' professional quality, curriculum system reform and school culture construction.
