摘要: 培养创新人才是当前地方院校服务于地方经济和实现自身可持续发展的重要任务。实践教学是培养创新人才的重要方式,该文主要从实践教学的教学模式、考核机制以及教育实习三方面分析了当前地方院校物理学专业实践教学存在的主要问题。针对这些问题,从实验教学模式的改革、开放性实验课的设置以及教育实习工作的有效开展三方面提出了相应建议和措施。该文对地方性院校物理学专业的实践教学改革具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: Cultivating innovative talents is an important task for local colleges and universities to serve local economy and sustainable development. Practice teaching is an important way to cultivate innovative talents. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the practical teaching of physics in local colleges and universities from three aspects: the teaching mode, the examination mechanism and the educational practice. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures from three aspects: the reform of experimental teaching mode, the establishment of open experimental course and the effective development of educational practice. The work of this paper will have certain reference value for the practical teaching reform of physics major in local colleges.
