案例教学法在战略管理教学中的提升策略研究

摘要: 战略管理是本科课程教育中的专业核心课,对培养学生的战略思维和战略眼光至关重要。越来越多的战略管理课程引入案例教学法,活跃课堂气氛,培养学生分析解决问题的能力,但当前案例教学法在战略管理教学中仍存在一些困境。该文基于日常教学经验,总结案例教学法在战略管理课堂中存在的一些共同困境,并提出相应的改进策略,为增强战略管理课程的教学效果提供参考。

Abstract: Strategic management is a core subject in undergraduate course education, and it is essential for cultivating students' strategic thinking and strategic vision. A great number of strategic management course has introduced case teaching methods to activate the classroom atmosphere and cultivate students' ability to analyze and solve strategic problems. However, there are still some difficulties in the current case teaching methods in strategic management course. Based on the author's daily teaching experience, this paper extracts some common dilemmas in the strategic management classroom of case teaching methods, and proposes corresponding improvement strategies to provide references for enhancing the teaching effect of strategic management courses.
