职教城公共创新创业基地的构建研究——以株洲职教城为例

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 大学生创新创业能力的提升离不开有效的创新创业平台,创新创业成果的转化更加需要平台作为支撑,职教城作为教育资源的集中地,能更方便地共享创新创业资源。为了促进职教城创新创业基地的搭建及创新创业项目的培育和孵化,该文以株洲职教城为研究对象,较为详细地分析了构建高校创新创业基地的必要性、职教城公共创新创业基地的现状,并从职教城创新创业基地的建设定位、创新创业项目的培育和孵化、创新创业教练团队体系、成果转化及市场运作研究四个方面提出了对策建议,为职教城创新创业基地的构建和运作提供了积极指导。

Abstract: The improvement of college students' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship depends on an effective platform. The transformation of innovation and entrepreneurship achievements needs the platform to support them. As the focus of educational resources, the vocational education city is more convenient to share innovation and entrepreneurship resources. In order to promote the establishment of the innovation and entrepreneurship base, as well as the cultivation and incubation of innovation and entrepreneurship projects, the necessity and the present situation of the innovation and entrepreneurship base in colleges and universities were analysed in detail. Countermeasures and suggestions were put forword from four aspects: construction positioning, cultivation and incubation of innovation and entrepreneurship projects, innovation and entrepreneurship coach team system、achievement transformation and market operation research, which provides positive guidance for the construction and operation of the innovation and entrepreneurship base of the vocational education city.
