摘要: 高技能的应用型人才需要经过良好的专业培训,有效地将理论知识与项目实践相结合,以确保在未来的职业生涯中满足企业发展的需要。社会所需要的是应用创新型人才,创新能力并不是天生的,是通过学习和实践逐步培养出来的。CDIO代表了概念、设计、实施和运作,它是“边干边学”和“基于项目的教育和学习”的集中体现。CDIO以企业的特定项目开发过程为主要业务,通过加强本专业的技术实践教学环节,从理论知识、个人意识、团队合作和工程实践四个层面培养学生的能力,强调学生的积极参与,真正实现以学生为中心的教育和学习。该文阐述了《导游业务》课程如何利用CDIO理念来激发学生的学习主动性。

Abstract: High skilled application-oriented talents need good professional training and effectively combine theoretical knowledge with project practice to ensure that they can meet the needs of enterprise development in their future career. What the society needs is applied innovative talents. The innovative ability is not born, but is gradually cultivated through learning and practice. CDIO represents concept, design, implementation and operation. It is the embodiment of "learning by doing" and "project-based education and learning". CDIO takes the specific project development process of enterprises as its main business. By strengthening the technical practice teaching of the major, CDIO cultivates students' ability from the four aspects of theoretical knowledge, personal consciousness, team cooperation and engineering practice, emphasizes students' active participation, and truly realizes student-centered education and learning. This paper expounds how to use CDIO concept to stimulate students' learning initiative in the course of tour guide business.
