Abstract: Compared with the general colleges and universities, the independent college can reflect the advantages of governance in the management mechanism. In the process of studying the management mechanism of independent colleges, we must pay attention to the analysis from the perspective of governance theory, so as to promote the innovation and development of management mechanism, and provide good theoretical support for the construction of management mechanism and the improvement of management level of independent colleges. Combined with the guidance of governance theory, this paper explores the innovation of management mechanism of independent colleges for reference only.
