高职院校打通“三全育人”最后1公里的方式方法创新研究

摘要: 习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上提出了全员、全程、全方位育人即“三全育人”要求。高职院校在教育实践中遇到了“最后1公里”的困境。该文基于以上问题,在方式方法上进行了创新研究,即通过实施“双起点”“双空间”和“双主体”这个“三双工程”,实现思政教育纵向过程、立体空间和育人主体的全覆盖,并通过把握好“三双工程”实施的关键环节,打通和解决“三全育人”最后1公里的堵点和难点。

Abstract: General Secretary Xi Jinping puts forward the requirement of “three-wide education” in the national conference on ideological and political work for colleges and universities, including to cultivate a wide range of people in a wide course and wide aspects. However, higher vocational colleges encounter the dilemma of “the last one kilometer” in educational practice. Based on the above problems, this paper has carried out innovative research in ways and methods, that is to say, by implementing the “triple-double project” consisted of “double starting point”, “double space” and “double subject”, to realize the full coverage of the vertical process, three-dimensional space and education subject of ideological and political education. We can also get through and solve the blocking points and difficulties in “the last one kilometer” of “three-wide education” by grasping the key links of the implementation of the “triple-double project”.
