摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着经济全球化和信息化的发展,激烈的市场竞争加剧了外部环境的不确定性,职业生涯模式变得灵活多变,个体在职业生涯领域的自主性被不断放大。个体从自身兴趣出发,可以有效启发对自我的认识,思考和探索生涯发展的多元可能性。该文主要从高校大学生职业生涯发展存在的问题、大学生的兴趣建立与发展、兴趣发展驱动大学生职业生涯发展措施三个方面研究了大学生兴趣发展和培养对其职业生涯发展所起到的推动作用。

Abstract: With the development of globalization and information technology, the fierce market competition intensifies the uncertainty of the external environment of the organization, the career model becomes flexible and changeable, and the individual's autonomy in the field of career is constantly enlarged. Starting from their own interests, we can effectively inspire individuals to understand themselves, and think and explore the multiple possibilities of career development. This topic mainly from three aspects: the problems existing in the career development of college students, the establishment and development of College Students' interest, and the measures to promote the career development of College Students' interest development and cultivation.
