翻转课堂教学模式在护理本科生实习教学中的应用

摘要: 目的研究翻转课堂教学模式在护理本科生实习教学中的应用。方法选取我院2019-2020年护理本科实习生(100例)作为研究对象,随机分为两组,均50例,对照组采用传统教学法,研究组采取翻转课堂教学方法,观察两组学生考核成绩、满意度。结果两组学生入科前考核成绩无差异,P>0.05,出科成绩、教学满意度对比,较对照组,研究组均更高,P<0.05。结论护理本科生临床实习教学期间实施翻转课堂教学模式,能够提升各科考核成绩,并改善学生对教学的满意度,学生学习积极性较高,值得应用。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the application of “flipped classroom teaching model” in nursing clinical practice teaching. MethodsThe 2019-2020 nursing interns (100 cases) in our hospital were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases. The control group adopted traditional teaching methods, and the research group adopted flipped classroom teaching methods Satisfaction. ResultsThere was no difference in the assessment scores of the two groups of students before entering the department, P>0.05. After leaving the department, the scores of the students in the study group were higher than those of the control group. The teaching satisfaction of the students in the study group was higher than that of the control group. ConclusionThe implementation of the flipped classroom teaching model during nursing clinical practice teaching can improve the assessment results of various subjects and improve students' satisfaction with teaching. The learning enthusiasm is high and it is worth applying.
