依托实验教学示范中心的创新创业人才培养模式探究

摘要: 培养创新创业人才是目前我国高校人才培养的重要方向,创新创业实践作为创新创业教育的重要延伸,以实验教学为核心的实验教学示范中心需要对此高度重视。文科综合国家级实验教学示范中心(华中师范大学)经过近几年的实践探索总结了“课堂实验—实习实训—竞赛—创新创业”四层次递进式的创新创业人才培养模式,并从教学条件、教师队伍、经费支持、校企合作四个方面提出了创新创业人才培养的保障机制。

Abstract: The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is an important direction of talent training in colleges and universities in China. As an important extension of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the experimental teaching demonstration center with experimental teaching as the core needs to attach great importance to it. Through the practice and exploration in recent years, the national comprehensive experimental teaching demonstration center of Liberal Arts (Central China Normal University) summarized the four-level progressive training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship, namely "classroom experiment practice training competition innovation and entrepreneurship", and proposed the guarantee mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training from four aspects of teaching conditions, teaching staff, financial support and school enterprise cooperation system.
