摘要: 当前,能源与动力工程专业在学生培养过程中普遍存在“三重三轻”的现象,即:重理论学习,轻实践训练;重知识积累,轻能力培养;重基础知识、基本技能的训练,轻创新思维能力的提升。基于此现象,该文针对性提出了构建“以赛代练、以赛促学、赛学结合”的新型实践模式,旨在培养学生创新实践能力和团队协作精神,实现能源与动力工程专业创新型人才培养目标。

Abstract: At present, the phenomenon of "three emphasis and three disdaint" usually exists during the students' ability training of energy and power engineering, that is, paying more attention to theoretical learning than practical training; attaching importance to knowledge accumulation but neglecting ability training; paying attention to the training of basic knowledge and skills, while neglecting the improvement of innovative thinking ability. Based on this phenomenon, in this paper, a new practice mode of "replacing practice with competition, promoting learning by competition, and combining competition with learning" was put forward. The goal is to train students creative and practical ability and teamwork spirit, and achieve the cultivation of creative talents of energy and power engineering.
