摘要: 建设具有国际视野、素质高、能力强的一流师资队伍,搭建“三阶段+三平台”一流人才培养体系,重构通专融合、专创教育深度融合的课程体系,采取一系列激励措施,推动产出一流的研究成果,建立“自评+外评”教学质量保障体系,着力培养高素质跨学科复合型新工科一流专业人才。以“双创”驱动一流专业人才培养,使“双创”教育理念贯穿整个培养过程是实现人才培养目标的最有效路径。

Abstract: Construction with international vision, high quality and strong ability of first-class teaching staff, building "three stages and three platforms" first-class talent cultivation system, reconstruction through fusion, designed the curriculum system of education depth fusion, take a series of incentives to promote output first-class research, set up "self-reported + rating" teaching quality guarantee system, focus on cultivating high-quality interdisciplinary new first-class engineering professional talents. It is the most effective way to realize the goal of talent training to drive the cultivation of first-class professional talents by mass entrepreneurship and innovation and make the concept of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education run through the whole training process.
