摘要: 针对目前创新创业人才培养存在的不足,在工程教育专业认证的成果导向、以学生为中心、持续改进等核心理念的指导下,设计提出“四位一体”的高校创新创业人才培养新模式。该模式通过专业课程改革、学生创新团队建设管理、参与创新项目及竞赛、指导创新成果培育等四个层次的措施,全面培养学生创新精神以及创新创业中必要的能力和意识。

Abstract: In view of the current problems of innovative and entrepreneurial talents education, under the guidance of the core concept of engineering education certification, a noval mode of innovative and entrepreneurial student training "four in one" was proposed. Through professional curriculum reform, student innovation team building management, participation in innovation projects and competitions, guidance innovation achievements cultivation four levels, comprehensive cultivation of student innovation spirit, and the kinds of abilities and awareness that are necessary in innovation and entrepreneurship.
