高职院校校企合作人才培养模式的发展困境及解决路径

摘要: 校企合作模式是高职院校在市场与社会需求导向下制定的人才培养模式,高职院校与合作企业均是人才培养过程中的参与主体,旨在融合高职教育与企业两种不同的教育资源,促进高职学生的全面发展,以提高高职人才的培养质量。只是在校企合作人才培养模式的运行过程中,还面临着一些尚未突破的发展困境。高职院校应在国家宏观政策的科学引领下,在校企合作人才培养模式的改革过程中提出创新的想法,探索出一条可以解决发展困境的有效路径,让校企合作人才培养模式发挥出最理想的育人功能。

Abstract: The school enterprise cooperation mode is a talent training mode formulated by Higher Vocational Colleges under the guidance of market and social demand. Both higher vocational colleges and cooperative enterprises are the main participants in the process of talent cultivation. It aims to integrate the two different educational resources of higher vocational education and enterprises, promote the overall development of higher vocational students, and improve the training quality of higher vocational talents. School enterprise cooperation is facing some difficulties in the process of development. Under the scientific guidance of the national macro policy, higher vocational colleges should put forward innovative ideas in the process of the reform of the talent training mode of school enterprise cooperation, explore effective paths to solve the development difficulties, and make the talent training mode of school enterprise cooperation play the most ideal role in educating people.
