大学生自主创新能力培养——以大学物理教学为例

摘要: 大学生创新能力的培养在提升本科教学质量、促进国家经济发展方面发挥着重要作用。北华大学理学院大学物理中心专业教师以大学物理为例,针对大学生的创新能力培养总结了“线上+线下”培养模式的一般规律,这种培养模式的应用不仅能够激发学生对大学物理的求知欲,改变学生的认知方式,由传统的被动学习变为主动学习,有利于培养大学生的发散思维、创造性,还能够提升教师教学水平和业务水平,有效促进教学相长,提高大学生人才培养质量。

Abstract: The cultivation of college students' innovative ability plays an important role in improving the quality of undergraduate teaching and national economic development. Taking college physics as an example, this paper summarizes the general rules of the "online + offline" training mode for the cultivation of college students' innovative ability. The application of this training mode can not only stimulate students' thirst for knowledge of college physics, change students' cognitive style, and change the traditional passive learning into active learning, which is conducive to the cultivation of college students divergent thinking, creativity, can improve the teaching level and professional level of teachers, effectively promote teaching and learning, improve the quality of college students' talent training.
