高校学生评教的影响因素与应对策略——以苏州大学独墅湖校区为例

摘要: 学生评教作为促进教学工作进步的有效方法之一,成为高校进行教学质量评价与监控的重要手段之一,对促进教学质量提升、强化教学质量监控具有重要意义,在国内各高等院校得到广泛应用。该文主要围绕四个方面深入探讨学生评教的影响因素并提供一些改善该模式的建议,以期使学生评教真正起到促进教学质量提升、推动高等教育可持续发展的重要作用。

Abstract: As one of the effective methods to promote the progress of teaching work, student evaluation of teaching has become one of the important means for colleges and universities to evaluate and monitor the teaching quality. It is of great significance to promote the improvement of teaching quality and strengthen the monitoring of teaching quality. It is widely used. This article mainly focuses on four aspects of in-depth discussion of the influencing factors of student evaluation of teaching and provides some suggestions for improving the model, in order to make student evaluation of teaching really play an important role in promoting the improvement of teaching quality and promoting the sustainable development of higher education.
