环境工程专业“三位一体”协同育人体系的探究与实践

摘要: 长期以来,理工科专业的人才培养体系存在重“专业技能”轻“人文技能”的问题。作为典型的理工科专业,环境工程专业培育的学生肩负着环境保护的重任。为培养出“知识、能力、素质”协调发展的环境工程专业人才,环境工程专业育人体系亟待完善。该文阐述了知识传授、能力培养和价值塑造“三位一体”协同育人体系的内涵,分析了“三位一体”协同育人体系在环境工程专业建设中实施的必要性,最后结合环境工程专业特点,探讨了环境工程专业“三位一体”协同育人体系的践行路径,以此指导高素质环境工程专业人才的培养。

Abstract: For a long time, the talent training system for science and engineering majors has the problem of valuing "professional skills" over "humanistic skills". As a typical science and engineering major, students of environmental engineering major shoulder the important task of environmental protection. In order to cultivate environmental engineering professionals with coordinated development of "knowledge, ability and quality", the education system of environmental engineering specialty needs to be improved urgently. Article expounds the knowledge, ability and value, to shape the connotation of "the trinity" collaborative education system, analyzes the "trinity" collaborative education system in environmental engineering specialty construction, the necessity of implementing, finally combining with the characteristics of environmental engineering, environmental engineering major is discussed practicing path of "the trinity" collaborative education system, in order to guide the cultivation of high-quality talents in the field of environmental engineering.
