摘要: 师资队伍是高校创新创业教育发展的引擎和重要保障,目前,高校创新创业教育的师资队伍依然存在着数量紧缺、质量不高、结构失衡等问题。要从根源上改善和破解这些难题,应从强化双创教育的师资归属、优化师资结构、提高教育教学效果、充分发挥兼职教师作用等方面入手,持续不断地加强和改进师资队伍。

Abstract: The teaching staff is the engine and important guarantee of the development of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education. At present, the teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities are still in shortage in quantity, low in quality and unbalanced in structure.In order to get rid of these shackles at the root, we should start from the aspects of strengthening the attribution of teachers in mass entrepreneurship and innovation education, optimizing the structure of teachers, improving the effect of education and teaching, and giving full play to the role of part-time teachers to continuously strengthen and improve the teaching staff.
