高等教育质量监测数据填报分析与策略研究——以贵州某高校为例

摘要: 该文以贵州某高校为例,对高等教育质量监测数据填报工作存在的问题进行分析。分析结果表明,高等教育质量监测数据填报工作存在部分工作人员缺乏工作主动性、队伍不稳定、缺少专业化研究团队、平台建设缺乏统筹规划、对数据分析结果的重视程度不够等多个方面的问题。针对存在的问题,提出“建立健全规章制度,充分利用绩效杠杆作用,推动各项工作落实”“借力教学和科研平台,加强对数据填报工作的研究”“加大经费投入,整合信息平台,充分利用信息化手段”“充分利用数据分析结果,指导学校内涵建设”等四个方面的建议,研究结果可为普通高等院校相关管理工作提供参考。

Abstract: This paper takes a university in Guizhou province as an example to analyze the problems existing in filling in the data of higher education quality monitoring.The analysis results show that there are many problems in the filling and reporting of higher education quality monitoring data, such as the lack of initiative of some staff, the instability of the team, the lack of professional research team, the lack of overall planning of platform construction, and insufficient attention to the data analysis results. Aiming at the problems, put forward "to establish and perfect rules and regulations, make full use of the performance of leverage, to promote the work to carry out the", "teaching and scientific research platform, to strengthen the research of data provided work", "increase the funds investment, integration information platform, make full use of information technology means", "make the data analysis results, guide the construction of connotation of the school" and so on four aspects of the proposal. The research results can provide reference for the related management work in general colleges and universities.
