摘要: 通过对地方高校新工科背景下应用型土建类专业发展现状进行分析,发现人才培养结构和质量不能很好地适应行业的需求,企业缺乏适合的应用技术型人才。为使新工科建设更好地推进,对土建类专业必须按照新形势的要求进行升级改造,注重发挥区位优势,打造核心竞争力。运用现代化的教学手段,整合现有教学资源,创建并完善实践基地和平台,强化实践环节,致力于培养学生的综合能力,使学生能够学以致用,满足社会需求。

Abstract: By analyzing the development status of applied civil engineering under the background of new engineering disciplines in local universities, the structure and quality of personnel training cannot meet the needs of the industry appropriately, and enterprises lack suitable applied technical talents. To promote the construction of new engineering disciplines, civil engineering majors must be upgraded and transformed under the requirements of the new situation, focus on the location advantages, and build core competitiveness. Use modern teaching methods, integrate teaching resources, create and improve practice bases and platforms, strengthen practice sections, and cultivate students' comprehensive abilities so that they can apply their knowledge and meet the needs of society.
