创新创业背景下计算机专业校企协同培养策略的研究

摘要: 该文结合新工科发展背景,针对高校计算机专业教学模式进行研究。首先分析当前计算机专业人才培养模式中存在的问题,其次以协同育人理念为切入点,针对计算机专业教学中存在的问题制定相应的优化措施,最后重点阐述校企协同人才培养战略,旨在促进计算机专业教学运行机制的完善,即校企共同定制教育项目合作计划,围绕企业的实际人才需求来调整培训内容与策略,组织学生到企业进行实际演练,分阶段对教学效果进行验证,以此对协同计划进行优化革新。希望该研究可为相关从业人员提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract: Combining the development background of new engineering, the article studies the teaching mode of computer majors in colleges and universities. First, analyze the problems in the current computer talent professional training model, secondly, take the concept of collaborative education as the starting point, formulate corresponding optimization measures for the computer professional teaching problems, and finally focus on elaborating the strategy of collaborative training of schools and enterprises to promote computer professional teaching Improvement of operating mechanism, that is, the school and enterprise jointly formulate the education project cooperation plan, adjust the training content and strategy according to the actual needs of the enterprise, organize the students to the enterprise for practical exercises, and verify the teaching effect in stages, so as to optimize and innovate the collaborative plan. This article hopes to provide reference for relevant practitioners.
