摘要: 就目前来看,新课改进程的加快,对幼儿园教学提出了更高要求,幼儿园教育工作者承担的职责更多,不仅要加强幼儿在学习方面的能力,还要提高幼儿游戏质量,因此探索幼儿园角色游戏组织策略,已经成为各位幼儿园教师的主要教育课题,本文主要针对幼儿园角色游戏组织策略的创新与实践策略进行深入分析,以期为各位幼儿园教师下一步的教学研究工作提供帮助。

Abstract: At present, the acceleration of the new curriculum reform process has put forward higher requirements for kindergarten teaching, kindergarten educators bear more responsibilities, not only to strengthen children's learning ability, but also to improve the quality of children's games, so exploring the kindergarten role game organization strategy has become the main educational topic of kindergarten teachers. This paper mainly analyzes the innovation and practice strategy of kindergarten role game organization strategy, in order to provide help for kindergarten teachers' next teaching and research work.
