学分制下应用型民办高校学生管理模式创新

Innovation of Student Management Model in Applied Private Colleges and Universities under Credit System

摘要: 我国高等教育肩负着培养好德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人的重任。作为高等教育的重要力量,许多应用型民办本科高校践行“以生为本、因材施教”理念,正如火如荼地推进“学分制”教学改革,创新学生管理模式,推动育人工作形成新格局。然而,学分制下民办高校在学生管理工作上又面临教育管理理念滞后、管理机制不健全、管理队伍水平亟待提高、管理内容和形式不够科学等挑战。因此,本文提出民办高校从树立管理新理念、完善导师导生制、优化管理队伍、创立品牌社区和搭建网络平台等方面入手,构建与学分制相匹配且具有民办高校自身特色的新型学生管理模式。

Abstract: Higher education in our country shoulders the responsibility of cultivating the builders and successors of socialist cause with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, beauty and labor. As an important force of higher education, many application-oriented private undergraduate colleges and universities practice the concept of "student-oriented, teaching in accordance with their aptitude", as they vigorously promote the "credit system" teaching reform, innovate student management mode, and promote the formation of a new pattern of education work. However, under the credit system, private colleges and universities are confronted with such challenges as lagging educational management concepts, imperfect management mechanism, urgent need to improve the level of management team, and unscientific management content and form. Therefore, this paper proposes that private colleges and universities should establish new management concepts, improve the tutorial system, optimize the management team, create brand communities and build a network platform to build a new student management model that matches the credit system and has its own characteristics.
