摘要/Abstract

摘要： 自我认识是大学生发展的基础,也是潜能开发的前提。促进大学生自我认识和发展可以通过“自我认识与发展”课堂教学+个体心理咨询+课后实践指导的方式来开展。该文结合笔者工作实践中的一个典型案例,来探讨教师在指导学生进行自我认识与开发等方面的作用和方法。

Abstract: Self-knowledge is not only the foundation of college students' development, but also a prerequisite of their potential development. The promotion of college students' self-knowledge & development can be carried out in the "self-knowledge and development teaching + individual psychological counseling + after-class practical guidance”. Based on a typical case in the author's work, this paper will discuss roles and methods of self-knowledge & development in guiding students.
